Our Property Review and Due Diligence service will analyse the property and conduct all the necessary due diligence, organise the legals and contract reviews, and organise third party reports (including building and pest inspections).

This service will provide a comprehensive property appraisal report which is prepared based on recent comparable sales, market sentiment, agent communication and an understanding of the vendor’s terms and conditions. All the other property due diligence is organised to ensure you purchase the property at the right price.
